Fees

Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted. HSA and FSA funds can also be used for counseling services.

Counseling sessions are 55 minutes in length. Rates for our services provided by licensed and resident counselors are listed below.

Individual counseling: $155

Couples’ counseling: $155

Family therapy: $155

Reduced rates are provided by our residents in counseling. For additional information, inquire with our office at intake@havenrva.com

Insurance

We are in network with the following insurance plans. All other insurance plans are on an out-of-network basis.

United HealthCare/Optum Health

We do not accept insurance for couple’s counseling or family therapy services. For more information about this change, feel free to email our office at intake@havenrva.com

You may be able to receive out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider, but you will be responsible for all fees at the time of service. We are happy to provide an appropriate diagnostic invoice for submission to your insurance company.

Cancellation policy

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you suspect you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointment times are limited so space is valuable and reserved for those who truly need it. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a the full session fee.
