Elizabeth Whittle, LPC

Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. She has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a private practice setting. Elizabeth received her bachelor's degree from Grove City College and a Masters in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Elizabeth believes in the inherent value and resilience of every individual. She is passionate about empowering clients to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-assurance. Elizabeth strives to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

Drawing from EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, Elizabeth tailors treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. She partners with clients to process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation skills, challenge limiting beliefs, and better understand the stories that have shaped their lives. Elizabeth's clinical areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, women's issues such as pregnancy and infertility, life transitions, and relational concerns.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, cross stitching, being outside, and Pilates.
